The HY55200-3 is a brand new 400v 3-phase belt drive air compressor from Hyundai. One of two new models to the Hyundai air compressor range, and developed with the professional user in mind, it's the first time a 3-phase compressor has been introduced into the Hyundai Power Equipment range. Along with the larger model, the HY75270-3, Hyundai has utilised the best components to ensure that these compressors are built to the highest quality. Assembled and tested in the UK to the latest European standards 09/105CE, the HY55200-3 comes pre-wired ready to install. The tank receiver is also larger than standard Hyundai air compressor models, at the 200L capacity. The 5.5hp 3-phase electric heavy duty industrial motor includes overload protection and coupled with the large tank and the belt is driven twin cylinder pumps, which are slow running to give lower noise and longer life expectancy. It has aerodynamic flywheels for efficient cooling of the components. All of these features help to output a maximum of free air delivery (FAD) of 16.5cfm. There are a number of key features to automatic start and stop control and a cast iron cylinder block, as well as a high-quality finish, give the HY55200-3 the complete and impressive appearance on a machine that is designed to work, and keep on working. Comes with 1/2 BSP female outlet and fitted aftercoolers. Compressor CarePressure safety valves on Hyundai air compressors have been updated in compliance with the latest CE certification standards. The pressure release pull ring has been removed from the safety valve to prevent it being misused to drain the air from the compressor tank, causing excessive wear to the valve.
