Shipping & Returns

We provide FREE delivery on all UK mainland orders over £100.

All our UK Mainland deliveries are shipped with tracking information provided. We aim to ship your item out on the same day using a 48 hour delivery service. Choose from a number of options to ensure your delivery doesn’t fail.

We aim to deliver your package within 48 hours – 5 working days; however in some cases where an item will need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer, delivery can take longer (often 6-10 days). Bad weather or any issues outwith our control may delay your parcel being delivered to you. We will always remain in contact with you until you receive your goods.

 

FAQs

A minimum delivery charge of £5.95 inc VAT applies for all orders to UK Mainland / Highlands and Islands based on the total weight of your items. Please see our full delivery options above for full details.

Can I have my order sent to a different address?
Yes, there is an option on the checkout procedure to set an alternative delivery address to your billing address.

What happens if I am not at the delivery address when the delivery is being made?
We require all parcels to be signed for. A signature can be obtained from anybody at the delivery address. If there is nobody in when the delivery is attempted, you will be left a card by the couriers which will have instructions on how to receive the parcel.

Can my parcel be left with a neighbour?
No, unfortunately, our couriers require a signature as proof of delivery, they are unable to leave parcels without one, unless requested.

When will I receive my goods?
If your order is placed before 12 noon on a weekday and the items are in stock, it will be dispatched the same working day delivery. (Exclusions apply) Please see individual Delivery Expectation flags on the product pages for delivery guidelines.

What time will my delivery be?
Standard deliveries can take place anytime between 8am and 6pm.

Stock FAQs

I can’t find what I’m looking for on your website, can you get other products?
Yes, please see our brands and products page for an extensive range of products we currently supply. Please call or email us with your requirements and we will get back to you as quickly as possible with a price and availability.

Are all of your items in stock?
We do keep a large volume of products in stock. However, in order for us to offer you very competitive pricing and an extensive range of products, we buy many of our items directly from the manufacturer.

If some of my items are out of stock and some are in stock, what happens?
We will send the items that we have first whilst we wait for the back ordered lines to arrive (there will be no additional delivery charge for this). We will also contact you with a delivery expectation for any back ordered items and you are free to opt for a partial refund if the wait is too long for your needs.

How will I know when an out of stock item is ready for me?
If you choose to leave an out of stock item on Back Order we will maintain regular contact with you to update you on its progress.

Exchanges & Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, if you’re not, we are happy to offer you a 28 Day Returns Policy.

Please inform us within 28 days of taking delivery and then return the product to us following the instructions below, and we’ll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. The item/s must be in their original condition with tags where possible:

  • Please contact our sales team to inform them of your name, account number if applicable and also your order reference number.
  • Send the goods back to us. Please note that you are responsible for your own postage costs and it is encouraged that you use a tracked delivery service, if the item is faulty we will arrange a pick up for the item or reimburse your postage charges. We will not charge you for delivery of exchange items.
  • Goods will not be accepted back if they are not in a resellable condition.
  • We will refund any amount due to you within 5 – 7 working days from when we receive the item(s) back.
  • We are only able to exchange items where different size/colour of the same item is requested. You can place a new order if alternative items are required, and return the original item for a refund.
