The Draper 12949 heavy-duty Centre Cut Bolt Cutters are suitable for cutting high tensile material up to 40 HRC. The jaws have been hardened for a longer lifetime and grips on handles provide a firmer grip. They have a centre cut jaw pattern for cutting through tough materials.
